The Knowledge Sessions & Workshops will be anchored around themes central to the northern region, including value addition in cereals, dairy supply chain modernization, post-harvest management, food safety and quality compliance, and sustainable processing practices. Discussions will also explore opportunities in leveraging Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), strengthening farm-gate infrastructure, and integrating digital technologies in procurement and distribution systems.
