The Product & Technology Exhibition will showcase solutions tailored to the region’s strengths, including rice and maize processing, litchi and makhana-based products from Bihar, fisheries and aquaculture technologies, spice processing, bamboo-based food applications, and organic and GI-tagged products from the North-East. The exhibition will also highlight small-scale and decentralized processing technologies, along with cold chain and storage solutions critical for reducing post-harvest losses and improving value realization for farmers.
