The Knowledge Sessions & Workshops will be anchored around themes critical to the region’s development, including post-harvest management, decentralized processing models, organic certification, GI-based branding, and strengthening farm-to-market linkages. Discussions will also focus on empowering Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), improving logistics and connectivity, and leveraging government schemes to build a resilient and inclusive food processing ecosystem.
